- Concluded our T.A.A with EXEDY (formerly known as Daikin Manufacturing)

- Established our Aurangabad Plant

- EXEDY obtained 25% of common stocks and changed the company name to CEEKAY DAIKIN LTD. (CDL)

- Established our Noida Plant
- 2000
- EXEDY increased its shareholding ratio to 32%
- 2002
- Obtained the ISO/TS 16949 certification
- 2004
- Obtained the ISO 14001 certification
- 2007
- Obtained the OHSAS 18001 certification
- 2008
- Started supplying one-way motorcycle clutches
- 2010
- ・June: EXEDY increased its shareholding ratio to 50.19%
through preferential allotment.

through an open offer
